The food was really good, we just had to wait a while for it.

Stood at the host stand for what felt like forever. Staff kept walking by, but nobody really said anything. No quick hello, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Just kind of awkward. The food ended up being fine, not bad, but that first impression really stuck with me.

I tried booking a table on Rioz, and it was more frustrating than it needed to be. I picked a time, but then it didn’t show up correctly after that, so I wasn’t even sure if the reservation went through. After going through the whole online process, I still had to call just to confirm everything. It wasn’t a total disaster, but there were way too many steps for something that should’ve been quick and easy.

I went to Rioz with my family, and I’m really glad we picked it. The atmosphere was probably my favorite part, it was busy in a good way, with a warm, fun energy, but it never felt too loud or overwhelming. The staff moving around added to the lively feel, while everything still felt relaxed. I also appreciated the lighting since it was cozy and not super bright like some places can be. It’s a great spot if you want dinner to feel a little special without it being too fancy. I’d definitely go back, even just for the vibe

They definitely have a lot of meat options, which is nice, but some were way better than others. A couple were really good, and then a few just felt kind of forgettable. I guess that’s what happens when there are that many choices on the menu.

The servers were super nice and friendly, which I really appreciated. Things did move a little slow at times, but it wasn’t a huge deal... just something I noticed while waiting

There were definitely parts of rioz.com that I liked, but the pricing left me feeling a little unsure. I had to click around more than I expected just to figure out what I’d actually be paying, and a few costs didn’t seem obvious until later in the process. It kind of made me realize how much a clear price matters when you’re trying to decide if something is worth it. Maybe it works better if you already know exactly what you want, but for me it felt a bit frustrating. I’d really prefer if they showed the full price upfront in a simpler, more straightforward way

I’m usually a little cautious with steak, especially when ordering medium rare, but this one came out exactly how I hoped. It was cooked properly, tasted good, and I had no complaints at all

I stopped by sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the salad bar was a bit underwhelming. There just wasn’t much variety to choose from, so it felt kind of limited. It was fine if you just wanted the basics, but I was hoping for a few more toppings or different options.

I had a nice time here overall, really did. The place was loud, though, loud. We could still talk and enjoy ourselves, but we definitely had to repeat what we were saying a few times

and the staff were really helpful with my gluten-free meal, no fuss at all. It made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed

The drinks were literally really tasty, but they were just a bit too sweet for my taste.

I went here for dinner and the food was fine overall, but the service just felt slow. We had to wave someone down a few times for drinks and extra plates. The staff was nice when they did come by, just not very attentive. For the price, I was expecting a little more checking in. I probably wouldn’t rush back.

I used rioz.com with my screen reader and didn’t run into much trouble. The pages loaded without issues, the buttons were clear enough, and checkout was straightforward. There was some small text in a few spots, but overall it was a lot easier to use than a lot of other sites.

I remember the seats being comfortable, which stood out to me. I think the tables might’ve been a little close together, but that part’s a bit fuzzy — mostly I just remember having a good time overall.

I mostly went for the meats, but the side dishes kind of surprised me. The mashed potatoes, fried bananas, and rice were all really fresh and tasty, not just, you know, filler stuff like you get at some places. Everything came out warm too, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely go back. 5 stars from me...

Staff were really nice and easy to talk to. Had a good visit overall, just had to wait around a bit which was kinda annoying but not a big deal. I'd still be happy to come back.

I was expecting to regret spending the money, because apparently I enjoy testing my own patience, but this turned out to be totally worth the price. It does what it’s supposed to do, feels solid, and didn’t leave me questioning my life choices. Shocking, I know.
